=================================================

We recommend that you pack everything into a big duffle bag if possible because they are easier for us to pack into a vehicle than hard cases (I have some to lend). They will also have Washers and Dryers there for everyone to use (and we will!) if that helps motivate everyone to pack less!
Contact Jen with balance inquiry’s. They will need to be paid in full by Friday July 22.

We will be meeting Saturday July 23rd @ 7:45am! Please eat or bring breakfast! It’ll also be a long drive so any cd’s (appropriate music please!), car games, and snacks are welcome! We will return Aug. 1st around 7pm.

We will also try to update our blog every night so check it out! (hccfuel.com) And we’ll post travel updates on twitter.com/hccfuel.

What not to bring: Personal Electronic Devices like iPods/gaming (things that use headphones) due to them being Anti‐Social, Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol, Pets, Expensive Personal Items, bad
attitudes, or crystal chandeliers.

Cell phones can come but we ask that they are left with leaders to keep distractions to a minimum.

Please contact Jen Easton with any questions:
